Since 1946 the law firm now known as Kittelsen, Barry, Wellington, Thompson and Schluesche has been serving Green County and the greater southwest Wisconsin and northwest Illinois areas. We have offices in Monticello and Argyle in addition to our main office in Monroe, Wisconsin to serve our clients.
Kittelsen, Barry, Wellington, Thompson and Schluesche is a general practice law firm with special emphasis in the areas of real estate, business, estate planning, tax, probate, elder law and all issues relating to agricultural law. Our trial practice runs the full spectrum from traffic cases to major insurance and plaintiff's work.
Members of our firm have appeared in many local courts as well as the Wisconsin Court of Appeals, the Wisconsin Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit as well as numerous administrative tribunals.
In our approximately sixty years of practice, we have developed a large and varied client base. Our relationships with clients tend to be continuing rather than case by case. As a result, we make every effort to be problem solvers. We know what a toll legal issues can take on a client's life. It has always been our goal, therefore, to help clients get through these challenges with a minimum of stress and cost. If you have a legal matter that needs resolution, we hope you will consider calling one of our experienced attorneys.
